Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These terms of sale are entered into between Innovatoo Business – F.Z.C ("the Seller"), a Free Zone Company registered under number 37359 with the Ajman Free Zone Authority (United Arab Emirates), and any person placing an order on the Gadoxa website ("the Customer").
2. Product Description and Price
The Seller sells the Snore Circle, a smart under-chin device that detects snoring and delivers gentle EMS stimulation to help keep the airway open during sleep.
The product price is $169.99 USD, payable in full at checkout. This price may be adjusted at any time by the Seller; orders already confirmed remain subject to the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is made in full at the time of order, by credit card, through the secure payment platform Stripe. No payment data (card number, security code) is stored or processed directly by the Seller: this information is handled exclusively by Stripe, in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. The order is only considered final once payment has been confirmed by Stripe.
4. Shipping
The Snore Circle is a physical product, shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at checkout, with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are communicated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address. The Seller cannot be held liable for a delay or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the Customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Beyond this legal period, the Seller offers a commercial 30-night money-back guarantee: if the Customer does not notice a real improvement after using the product every night for 30 nights, they may contact customer support for a full refund, under the conditions detailed on the website.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
The Snore Circle comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
7. Liability
The Snore Circle is a comfort accessory intended to support restful sleep; it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including sleep apnea. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
The Seller is bound by an obligation of means, not of result: no specific improvement or outcome can be guaranteed, as each situation is individual.
8. Consumer Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with customer support, the Customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediation service.
